These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kansas for resolution of any disputes.

YOU AND MATH MASTERY AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A CLASS MEMBER OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for disputes involving intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Math Mastery regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
